Day 2

Still on track and feeling really good! I really want to make this the year that I lose weight and get healthier!

Today was my last day of holidays :(. I've been off since December 22nd and loved every minute! I definitely needed the time to relax and spend time with the people I love!

Here's some of today's eats! Again I got up late so I only has two meals! I ended up making a delicious Chicken Chili. My snacks today included a gala apple and peanut butter as well as a Diet Coke cupcake :)

Chili is such a good option and loaded with nutrition, protein and fiber. Such a great meal choice. Mmmm now I want some! :) Happy New Year!
