I am still trying to eat better and get some exercise in. I actually did a exercise DVD last night and I'm in a lot of pain from it. My legs are on fire, more so just above my knees, and my stomach and arms feel a bit sore as well.
There really hasn't been much going on so that's another reason I forget to post. Liam hasn't been working for almost 4 months now so money has been tight so we haven't been going out to do really anything. Life pretty boring but we're okay with that.
I'll try to come back in a week and update how things are going, no promises though.

On December 26, 2012 I watched Hungry For Change on Netflix and decided right then and there that I was going to work on getting healthy. After watching the movie I started thinking about all the other times I've tried to lose weight and get healthy and why I always fail. I think the reason I fail is because I go 110%, changing my diet completely and jumping into exercise. I think changing everything at one exact time ends up being too overwhelming for me, and in the end I just cannot handle it. This time around I'm going to try to do things a bit differently, instead of changing my diet completely I'm just going to try to limit certain foods and eventually eliminate them completely (chocolate, diet coke, etc). I am also going to try and slowly add in more veggies and whole foods. As for exercise, I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing to do, I have an idea and once I've figured everything out I will definitely let you guys know :)
One thing I did decide to omit from my diet for now is gluten. My husband is lactose intolerant and has recently been thinking he might have a gluten intolerance. I want to help and support him so we are both cutting out gluten as much as possible. I figure that cutting out gluten will also help from keeping me from eating certain junk foods (cakes, pies, certain chocolate, etc) and from keeping me out of fast food restaurants since most are not gluten friendly.
Okay well I'm off to enjoy my last day of Holidays, I've been off since December 21st :) I will try to come back and update at least once or twice a week, probably on my weigh-in day (Saturday). Speaking of weigh-ins, I've pretty much maintained my weight for all of 2012 which I think is pretty impressive considering the amount of horrible food I put into my body. I will keep a little chart on the side of my blog with my weigh-in updates.

My parents and sister were suppose to come visit today! I was suppose to drive my sister to the airport Sunday morning! None of that will be happening now since I'm sick! My sister has been going to school and living out in Vancouver, British Columbia since mid-August! We flew her in for Christmas. I probably won't see her again for a year :(
In other news, I weighed in this morning and the scale said 228.2 which means I lost 5lbs :)

Today was my last day of holidays :(. I've been off since December 22nd and loved every minute! I definitely needed the time to relax and spend time with the people I love!
Here's some of today's eats! Again I got up late so I only has two meals! I ended up making a delicious Chicken Chili. My snacks today included a gala apple and peanut butter as well as a Diet Coke cupcake :)

- I've gained all the weight I had lost and now I am at my heaviest weight ever, 233.3lbs. That's 6lbs over my previous heaviest weight.
- I lost my domain of www.byebyefatpants.com! I wasn't paying enough attention and didn't notice it expire! I tried buying it back but it is classified as a Premium Domain and is going for $1,800 a year!
- I joined a gym only to cancel my membership a week later due to how one of the fitness instructors treated me!
- I bought myself a iPhone for my birthday in August! I turned 30 and thought I deserved something I've wanted for quite awhile! This is my first Smartphone and I love it!!!
So the reason I'm back to blogging is because I've decided to start tracking my food as well as getting exercise in. I had signed up to Weight Watchers Online 3 months back and didn't use it. I finally started using it today!! I have the App on my phone and love it!!

This past Saturday Liam and I got Married!!
We had a small Wedding with just 10 guests! After we got Married we all headed to The Keg to have dinner! The day ended up being fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of it. We ended up staying at a Hotel from Friday to Monday which was nice and relaxing! We decided to wait to go on on Honeymoon because we didn’t want to travel somewhere when it’s already hot here. We will probably go on our Honeymoon in December 2011 or February/March 2012.
This coming Saturday (August 6th) we will be celebrating all over again with the rest of our family! The party is being held at my parents and I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone and getting the chance to celebrate with our families.

The only hiccup that we had the entire day was my bouquet! I was very upset when we went to pick it up because I had told the florist that I wanted a white bouquet with accents of orange, green, and pink. When we went to pick it up the entire bouquet was GREEN with accents of pink, orange and YELLOW!! They ended up adding white roses into the bouquet and at this point I was just so mad that I just wanted to leave. Once we got back to the Hotel room I actually got out scissors and cut out a lot of leaves (which I didn’t want or ask for) and moving some of the white roses around because they just shoved them into the bouquet without spreading them out. After I was done doing my own alterations I ended up loving my bouquet.
All in all we had an amazing day! Liam’s sister ended up using our one camera to video tape the ceremony which I was very happy about. It’s nice to go back and watch us say our vows, put our rings on each other, etc.

We signed into our Hotel room yesterday and surprisingly I slept really well. Woke up a bit early (7am) and I'm just now waiting on Liam to wake up!

- 1 dozen Chocolate
- 1 dozen Vanilla
- 1 dozen Marble
We might grab a cupcake each for our walk home, we'll see! When we get home I will have a little time to relax and then I will be heading out to do some babysitting!
My week has been great in regards to my weightloss journey. I have been tracking everything and have been trying to get as much walking in as possible. This morning I actually did an update on the Weight Watcher's App which is now iPad ready! The App now fits the screen properly (without having to 2x's the App) and it has the Healthy Guidelines on the right! I'm looking forward to weighing-in on Monday! I am just 4lbs away from my first 5%!!!!!
Okay well I'm off to finish up the laundry! Right now Liam and I are just sitting in Starbucks waiting on our clothes to be dry at the Laundromat just up the street!

After I weighed-in and stayed for the meeting Liam and I headed to Harvey's for dinner! I had enough Points+ to get a Grilled Chicken Combo with Diet Pepsi and Onion Rings!! I think Harvey's has the BEST onion rings ... I enjoyed ever last bite :)
Not much else going on here. I think I'm going to head to bed early to ight!!
